360º feedback is an extremely powerful way to help people gain a true picture of how others see them.

 

 

Whether you want to provide 360º feedback to an individual, a group or roll it out across your entire organisation we can provide the solution.

 

 

We use several 360º feedback tools. We are accredited to use Saville Consulting Wave Performance 360º, Lominger Voices and we also have our own tools to create tailored online 360º questionnaires.

We will help you determine which tools will best suit your needs, administer the process for you, provide individual feedback and provide coaching to help people translate their feedback into deliverable learning actions.

 

Bespoke Competency Based Questionnaires 

    

We can help you develop an online 360º questionnaire tailored to your organisation’s own behavioural competencies. This option provides you with the flexibility to include your own logo and use your own colour scheme in addition to being able to specify question wording and type of response scale. If you don’t have a competency model we can help you develop one for you. If you already have a competency model then we can simply incorporate it into the questionnaire tool. 

 

We will work with you to create the questionnaire, administer the questionnaire, carry out the data analysis, produce individual feedback reports, provide one-to-one feedback and provide group analysis reports so you can view overall results for the population who have received feedback. We then offer coaching to those individuals who would like to focus on their personal development.

 

 

Saville Consulting Wave Performance 360

 

We are accredited to use the Saville Consulting Wave Performance 360 instrument. Whereas a competency based questionnaire just measure specific behaviours which are unique to your organisation, Wave Performance 360 is a research based model that measures performance across 36 dimensions which have been found to predict job performance. 

 

Wave Performance 360 is typically used to provide feedback to smaller numbers of people or to support coaching where either a competency model is not in place or where feedback is required on job performance as opposed to behaviour.

 

 

Lominger Voices  

 

We are accredited to use the Lominger Voices 360 instrument. This is also a research based model that measures performance across 67 competencies. As with Wave Performance 360 it is typically used to provide feedback to smaller numbers of people or to support coaching where a competency model is not in place.
