Dubai based Arab Media Group (AMG) is a leading media organization in the UAE, with subsidiaries covering radio broadcasting, ticketing, event management and direct marketing. AMG provides creative, fast and cost-effective media solutions throughout the region. They were seeking to appoint a new Sales Director and asked us to administer a psychometric profile for their final candidate. We used TalentQ Dimensions and created a role profile for the Sales Director position. We administered the process and provided input into the selection decision with reference to the profiling process.
