Assessment and Development Centres |

| | Heatherwood and Wexham Park NHS Trust were going through a period of significant re-organisation. This resulted in the creation of some critical leadership roles. Having developed their competency model we worked with them to design a tailored one-day assessment centre. We ran several events using a combination of internal assessors and our own assessors and delivered everything from exercise materials, assessor training, logistics etc. We also provided psychometric profiling for each candidates to support the assessment events. The assessment centres ensured that all positions were filled with strong candidates – some internal candidates were unsuccessful, but others were found to be so strong they were actually promoted beyond the level for which they had applied. | | | Grass Roots Group had a need to assess the level of talent in their group of senior managers just below Board level. The event was used to form the basis of a leadership development programme for the group. We worked GRG to help them design and deliver a tailored two-day development centre. 8 events were run for around 40 managers and we provided external assessors to complement internal assessors for each event. |
