AVDC choose Realworld to implement a tailored 360 degree feedback process.

AVDC were looking to introduce 360º feedback as part of their new leadership development programme. They approached Realworld Consulting Ltd after a recommendation from Heatherwood and Wexham Park NHS Trust. We worked with AVDC to incorporate their existing competency model into a tailored on-line 360º feedback questionnaire. We administer the process for them, generate individual reports and then provide face to face feedback to each recipient.

Since running the initial 360 process for the senior managers Realworld has subsequently been asked to begin the process for the next level of management throughout the council and to provide coaching for those people receiving feedback!
