Our comprehensive programme is designed for managers, HR Managers or aspiring coaches wishing to develop their coaching skills. The programme aims to provide attendees with the knowledge, practical skills, frameworks and confidence they need to coach others skilfully and professionally. It introduces practical models for coaching and the key skills required to be an effective coach whilst recognising that attendees might not want to become a full time professional coach!

The programme is suitable for leader/managers who want to develop their coaching skills and for organisations wishing to create a pool of internal coaches. The programme is run on an in-house basis only and contains several different elements designed to suit people of different learning styles and to maximise learning transfer. As part of the programme attendees will receive personal coaching as a follow-up to the core 2 day training workshop which is designed to provide them with personal experience of being coached in addition to enabling them to refine their coaching technique.
