Our comprehensive coaching skills programme is intended for organisations either wishing to create a pool of internal coaches or who want to equip their leader/managers with essential coaching skills. As such it is suitable for leader/managers, L&D specialists or aspiring coaches simply wishing to develop their coaching skills.  

The programme will enable you to offer coaching as a developmental option for a broader range of people throughout your organisation whilst developing the skillset of the people you identify to be internal coaches and saving the cost of hiring external coaches.  

The programme will also enable you to provide your leader/managers with the fundamental skill of coaching enabling them to delegate more responsibility, motivate their people, create a culture of empowerment and raise the overall performance of their team.   

The programme will provide attendees with the knowledge, practical skills, frameworks and confidence they need to coach others confidently, skilfully and professionally whilst recognising that they might not want to become a full-time professional coach.   

The programme is run on an in-house basis only and contains several different elements designed to suit people of different learning styles and to maximise learning transfer. It begins with a 2-day workshop and includes elements of self-managed learning and enhanced self-awareness through psychometric profiling.  Attendees will also receive personal coaching which is designed to provide them with personal experience of being coached in addition to refining their coaching technique.
