Our ambition is to grow our business into a brand which is nationally recognised as providing high quality services to our clients. However, we remember what it was like to start out with a new business from scratch!  

If you are considering leaving the safety of your employer to set up in business as a coach then just a few of the things you will have in mind are how to go about building your own website, designing and printing your own stationery, where and how to market your services, how to build a client base, how to manage the financials etc. etc. You need to consider what it will really be like to work at home (alone) and not be interacting with colleagues as often as you used to. You also need to consider that there are probably thousands of people in the market competing for the same business! Believe us it’s tough which is why our model to grow the business might help you out.  

What are we proposing? 

We already have a website which has a decent Google presence, we already have a client base and reputation which is growing, we already have a brand, logo and printing suppliers and we already have marketing administration and financial infrastructure in place. We are proposing that you operate under the Realworld brand using our marketing resources and being part of the team whilst maintaining your independence. You would do your own personal marketing and delivery and earn your own income.
