- Well structured in a logical fashioned which enabled us to build on our knowledge. At the same time you, as the trainer, had the confidence to be flexible and to meet the groups’ needs as they unfolded. So we did all you had planned but in a different order and in a different way. Great.!!

- Designed to encourage our participation and you ensured that everyone in the group participated. You encouraged discussion, managed differences of opinion in a positive way and facilitated small group work that created a safe and secure environment for us to work in.!!

- Meaningful because the content of the course was designed to make us think and it was especially useful that you consistently applied your thoughts and ours to CACHE.!!

- A good mixture of doing, talking and listening. The day had been broken up into different activities so our different learning styles were catered for and learning could take place during the whole of the day for us all.!!

- Enjoyable. I remember so much more when I have enjoyed the day. I really got a lot out of it and was really pleased with the results of the questionnaires. I went away feeling very positive.!!
