IWM were seeking a provider to design and deliver a series of coaching skills workshops for their 70 or so most senior managers. Having delivered a similar workshop for the British Museum we were recommended to IWM by The British Museum. After a tender process IWM chose us. Our one day workshop does not aim to turn managers into professional coaches, but it provides them with the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to deal with the performance issues in their team, to give high quality feedback on an ongoing basis and to develop their people through coaching.
