Coaching skills are critical for all leaders and managers. Our comprehensive programme is designed for  managers, HR Managers or aspiring coaches wishing to develop their coaching skills.

We provide individual coaching for managers which can either be used in isolation or to support the learning from our workshops. Coaching provides a safe way for people to prepare how they will tackle real situations and to review their performance. We also coach groups where a team might need to work through issues together.

Changing behaviour is really tough... We are accredited to use a wide range of psychometric assessment and profiling tools which we use to support our clients’ recruitment processes in addition to our leadership and management development work.

Very few people work in complete isolation, we all have to interact with other people in the business to get things done.
