Feedback - we encourage participants to raise their level of self-awareness using a combination of 360º feedback and psychometric assessment instruments. We are accredited to use a number of tools depending on the specific need. Example tools include Situational Leadership, The Leadership Practices Inventory and The BarOn EQ-I.
