work with you to create a tailored exit survey
collate the data gathered from your exit survey for you on an ongoing basis 
report the results to you on a quarterly basis, highlighting key trends 
 carry out a more detailed analysis and report the results to you on an annual basis
help you define specific and focussed plans for how to address the key trends
 

 

 

This is a flat charge - no setup fees, no charge per head and no limit on the number of leavers!

 

For an additional £500 per report we can also provide you with much more in-depth statistical analysis of your data from our SPSS expert. This will provide you with a benchmark of how your organisation comparies with others, it will enable you to review the questionnaire content and begin identifying questions that can be used in your employee surveys to monitor employee engagement.

 

 

 

How does it work? 

 

We have a simple web based tool that allows us to create customised questionnaires and surveys.
The survey can be used to outsource your exit interview process entirely or supplement it where you want to continue meeting with key people face-to-face.  
Data can be filtered enabling you to view trends by business unit, location, department, job type, length of service etc.  
Above all our exit survey service is designed to be simple cost-effective and powerful.
