PFM is a case in point - I already have quite a bit of knowledge about leadership and management - but you still managed to make it enjoyable and gave me a different perspective on my own style. The follow-up session from Rachael has also been useful in confirming strategies and having a "critical friend" to clarify thoughts and options is brilliant. The interactive style of your delivery keeps everyone involved and provides a good opportunity to get to know colleagues in a non-threatening environment. I also think it's important that everyone is given equal floor space and has their views sought and valued. I would definitely give you a Grade 1 if I was still in my old job!!"
