Reiss ask Realworld to create their competency model...
Having started working with Reiss early 2010 to provide them with their exit survey, they asked us to help them create their competency model. The aim is to define what the ideal Reiss person ‘looks like’ as they have a unique organisational culture and strong brand values. Our challenge was to define the critical competencies keeping it as simple as possible and linking it directly to the core brand values. We met with a number of managers within the business to identify the significant competency areas and developed a succinct model for managerial and non-managerial level staff.
