It went really well thanks - if you could pass that on to Rachael. I think (name), who is very capable, had a few surprises from the session as she had not thought about reversing the learning process from telling to asking. (name) is using the coaching skills Rachael coached her in a lot and, as I thought, makes a very good coach. Very successful!
