We have been helping CACHE with their recruitment process for around 5 years now. We were first asked to design a one-off assessment centre for one of their senior manager positions. This then evolved into the work we do now. We provide psychometric profiling for all of their positions at managerial level. We administer the profiling process, provide feedback to candidates, provide suggested interview questions for the interviewers and provide summary reports for the interviewers. We do this using Wave Professional Styles and (where appropriate) other tools.

The value we add is in saving them the administration and feedback time involved in the process, but also in providing an independent and impartial perspective on each candidate which provides them with a greater degree of confidence when making their selection decisions.
