We provided psychometric profiling for CACHE for many of their managerial and supervisory positions. We used Saville Consulting’s Wave Professional Styles questionnaire. We carried out all the administration for CACHE, provided feedback to candidates via a one hour telephone conversation and provided a written narrative for the interviewers including suggested interview questions based on an analysis of the Person Specification, the candidate’s profile and the feedback discussion.

We provided psychometric profiling for candidates who went through the assessment centre we designed for Heatherwood and Wexham park NHS Trust. We use TalentQ Dimensions as this allowed us to create a role profile against which candidates could be matched. Candidates received feedback from the profile and the output was used during the interview process to aid the final selection decisions.
