Westminster is at the heart of London, the seat of government, the monarchy and home to many important national institutions, attractions and history. Westminster City Council has recently gone through a major re-organisation, changing the way they deliver their services. Westminster invited us to respond to a tender to outsource their exit interview process with the aim of helping provide them with knowledge about how people ‘really’ feel about the organisation when leaving, to provide valuable information to understand trends, patterns and areas for improvements to their services. Additionally, understanding the real experiences of Westminster’s employees will help them make improvements to their employer value proposition.
