Formed in 2005, Realworld are Paul Everitt, Rachael Hounsell, Gereon Becker, Ruth Evans plus a network of associates. Paul, Rachael and Gereon all come from a multi-national corporate background. They all have real-life experience of managing international teams and are comfortable working with high calibre managers from a variety of backgrounds and nationalities meaning they are able to apply corporate thinking, experience, methods, discipline and approaches to help organisations of all sizes. Ruth is the most recent addition to the team and brings with her a wealth of consultancy experience.

Paul has a degree in Psychology, is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has many years of HR and Leadership Development experience including five years as Head of Learning and Development for a large multi-national corporation. Paul designs and delivers all management/leadership training and team development workshops. |

Gereon is a qualified Psychologist and is based near Dusseldorf, Germany. Gereon is fluent in English and has a background in Learning and Development. He designs and delivers a range of leadership/management training workshops and team development workshops.

Rachael has a degree in Languages and IT and has around 15 years experience of working within and managing small and large IT teams. Rachael has a Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring and coaches managers from a range of organisations in addition to delivering coaching skills training. Rachael co-ordinates and delivers our 360° feedback projects.

A Psychology graduate with over 15 years experience in the recruitment industry, Ruth worked in both operational and management roles before specialising in business development. As well as managing a team of Consultants, Ruth has managed the Sales and Marketing function for a busy London agency, and also worked on bids for large scale multi-disciplinary managed solutions. As Business Development Consultant, Ruth identifies business opportunities and builds relationships with (potential) clients.
