Norwegian Cruise Line We were asked by NCL to help them reduce their employee turnover. We helped them by designing a bespoke online exit survey to supplement their existing exit interview process. It was clear that there is value in continuing to conduct exit interviews for more senior staff, but we used our online survey tool to create a bespoke exit survey. The purpose of the survey is to allow the business to gather anonymous exit data in a consistent format. After the first year some clear issues emerged in the organisation and they have continued to use the service to continue gathering data and monitor the actions they have taken. Reiss NCL referred us to Reiss as Reiss were experiencing high levels of employee turnover and wanted to understand the reasons why. As with NCL we worked with them to tailor an exit survey questionnaire and it will be “live” in February 2010. Turner Broadcasting Turner initially approached us as they had a need to save time and gather higher quality data from their exit interview process by outsourcing the data collection and analysis. We met with them and created a bespoke survey for them. The first year revealed a couple of clear issues and they subsequently asked us to also design an “onboarder” survey to survey new employees’ views of the recruitment process and also a course evaluation survey for each of their internal training courses.
